It Started With a Host Who Couldn't Sleep
A friend of ours — a host with multiple properties — was staying up until 4 AM every night answering check-in messages from guests across different platforms. Airbnb notifications. Booking.com emails. WhatsApp messages. All asking the same questions.
That image stuck: someone who became a host to share their space, now trapped by the very tools that were supposed to help. Tabs. Apps. Copy-paste replies. Manual calendar checks. Constant context-switching.
We started building HostAssistant as a solution for that one host — an AI co-pilot that handles the repetitive stuff. He became our first tester, and his feedback shaped every feature we built.
Today, HostAssistant helps a growing group of hosts answer guests, sync calendars, and manage their properties — without the late-night phone grabs. We're in active development, working closely with every user to build something genuinely useful.
